How-To Transfer Files To Your MPC Using Windows

EXTRACTING THE FILES
After downloading to your computer, the .zip files will need to be extracted before transferring them via disk to your MPC.

Windows Vista and XP both have a built-in extraction software.

For other Windows systems, if you don’t already have winzip installed on your system, go to http://www.winzip.com and download winzip.
